Blooper
When Frau Horn complains that the TV image is blurry, she and Marko are watching the opening titles of an episode of My Life - Segreti e passioni (2006). Then as she stands up from the couch and reaches for the remote, right before she collapses, a segment from the recap sequence in episode S16E154: Gefühlschaos (2019) (which consists of re-edited lines from the previous episode when Cem tells Gregor to break off the wedding, accompanied by the series' opening theme music) is heard from the TV. However, in the actual episode, the recap sequence occurs *before* the opening titles, not after (and also doesn't start with that segment).
