Rocky & Bullwinkle: One Last Story

A WICKED GRITTY GEM filmed completely in B&W on the streets of New York City in the early nineties. This show chronicles a day in the life of Rocky & Bullwinkle, two anti-social hoodlums hold up in a lower east side flat. Yeah, I'd wanna share a place with 'em. These blokes are three steps away from the looney bin. And, OUCH, completely off their rockers. Rocky, played by writer/director Nick Taylor, is the quiet one. He sits and listens, drinking coffee, eating Danish pastry, planning a way out. Bullwinkle, played brilliantly by character actor Richard May, is the frightening one. His goal, "to find a little peace." Lots of luck, mate. Have another fag, why don't ya. Rocky's convinced that all his friend needs is to quit smoking...the company of a young woman and to quit smoking. Bullwinkle'll have none of that. "I've already given up whiskey, heavy coffee drinkin', gamblin'. I can't give up these." "Fine," says Rocky, "fine, I'm takin' a nap."
