A cute song about parents being delighted in the presence of their babies and how adorable they are, "Stay Up Late" has Talking Heads in some of their most funny moments of
all time, not just lyrically but also visually. Here, they play babies on suspended jumpers but the joke is that they keep flying around and making some twisted movements that
no baby could ever do. Byrne, Harrison, Weymouth and Frantz are all suspended in the air doing their routine (no instruments used but Byrne is the one who has to sing). Well, I'd
like to think it was a groundbreaking idea at the time, it perfectly fits the song and it was a great way to sell as well. But I'd like to wonder about the making of such clip if
they ever got too dizzy after repetitive take after take. Must be exhausting. 9/10.
