Midnight Oil

As the tik tok wolf I rate and review many movies particularly films on streaming services now as I caught this one this week I have found that this is probably the worst movie I have seen under the troma umbrella recently. I even saw rubbish like PMS cop on Full Moon and that crap was better than this. I dont want to go to much into this films problems so just take my advice AVOID.

This is not funny. The wolf did not roar with this one. Why did anyone think this was even a good idea. This just sick garbage. Why did it get over a 5 rating. The story line is awful. It just an awful movie. I do not know how any one could put up with it. It is a one 1. I have never seen any anything so awful it my life. If I want to laugh I will watch Abbott and Costello meet Frankenstein. This is just crap. Dracula dead and loving it is also very funny watch that instead. Do not waste your time. Do not waste your money do not see this awful movie. The filmakers have got to be one of the worst crews of all time. They should give up his job as writers ,director, producer. Do not go near this at all costs and please don't give any money to the filmmakers giving them idea to make more dross. Everyone in this movie should be ashamed of themselves and they have let down there family, friends and loved ones

Inept filmmakers, atrocious cast and diabolical dialogue. Summary: Very lacklustre low-budget stoner nonsense should be a negative star review.

I wish I could repressed the memory of this film. I sadly remain traumatized. Why would anyone make a movie like this and release it? Do they hate people? What are they going to do for an encore? Kick the homeless? Steal from the food shelves?

This movie is terrible. Not in the so bad it is good way. This movie should not be viewed by anyone - ever. The plot is incoherent - acting wooden and has more holes in the plot than swiss cheese. I think this film can kill puppies, club seals, slash the rain forest, throw kittens in the river, oils penguins.

I'm going to get a roofalate and see if I can forget this movie.

Rare is a movie this bad!!!!!

No effects, no plot, acting that puts a shame on Hollywood and makes us have to rethink this whole movie business, directing that could better be handled by a six year old, horible horrible writing, and a lame computer dork of a plot. The two leads couldn't be worse as an actors. As actors they makes a pretty good janitors. Just the stoner plot alone is enough to nausiate me. This movie is so bad it rolls over and plagues the world. Thank god i only saw this on streaming services as if this came out in DVD the only good part about this it would be using the DVD as a coaster for your drink when watching something more entertaining like, infomertials.

This was one the stupidest most pointless movies I ever saw. Everything is bad, the acting, the writing, the camera work, the lighting. I can't think of one single thing that didn't suck about this movie. At one point the guy who plays Lenny is just babbling incoherently about Whitley Streiber, no idea what the point of the dialogue was. Nothing worse than a stoner comedy that isn't remotely funny. I would rather have a tooth pulled than watch this again. Troma what were you thinking?

Horizon House production's Midnight Oil is a fun ride. It's an all-in-one-night sort of story that asks the audience to join in on the ride as two strangers become friends. Guy and Lenny take us along with them as they encounter different groups of eclectic characters and the bizarre scenarios that they are experiencing.

Perhaps it's not what one would expect when being sold on it being a stoner comedy as it's not all laughs and hi jinx humor. It rests mostly in the land of the real and offers some deeper examination of art, artists and their struggles to create and express themselves. Not that there aren't funny things happening, but you may not leave with sore cheeks and stitches in your sides from smiling and laughing too much. That being said, this film will definitely give you some things to think about. It's a film-makers film. Art for artists.

Patience is probably required from the audience to fully appreciate. A coffee and some herbal cigarettes wouldn't hurt either.

Saw this next to McBain on the recently added part of the troma app so thought try something new instead of McBain or Toxic avenger for 727th time. Wasn't really my kind of film but I'm sure it has a niche market somewhere.
