This 21-minute featurette can be found on the Vinegar Syndrome version of MADMAN. That film's producer Gary Sales gets actors Paul Ehlers and Tom Candela together for the first time since the movie was shot and the three sit down for a rather fun interview. All sorts of stories are shared throughout the running time but the most interesting come from the two actors. For starters, it's pretty fun getting to see the two get together for the first time in nearly 40 years as they discuss the shooting of the film but most interesting is them discussing how shocked they are that the film is still alive after all these years. The producer talks about what it was like trying to make a low-budget horror movie back in the day and how all the major studios were trying to buy these types of movies after the success Paramount had with Friday THE 13TH. Other stories include the fans of the film, feeding the crew and a nice one dealing with what the crew had to do when the leaves started to fall from the trees. If you're a fan of MADMAN then you know there are quite a few releases out there but this new featurette certainly manages to entertain so those fans will be happy to own this.
