Busted!

As a stalwart Adam & Eve watcher and collector, I am stuck from time to time with a DVD made by cameraman/director David Lord, and so far they've all stunk. "Busted!" is an inept comedy about female cops that seems, rather ludicrously, to have been made as the XXX answer film to the familiar soft-core junkers playing often on cable, from directors like Jim Wynorski and Fred Olen Ray. Unlike the best of A & E releases, Lord doesn't include enough soft-core character scenes here that would permit this loser to be severely edited (removing the explicit sex) to play on cable itself.

The pompous hack director tells us the usual inanities in a BTS segment and reveals this was shot while he was making a bigger-budget clunker "The A-Team XXX". Difference is that "Busted!" is shot entirely in the studio, with cheap sets that never resemble what they purport to be: a police hdqts., jail cell, mansion and street alley.

The leads are all ultra-buxom (Lord likes to use "uber" instead of ultra when he speaks, however) blondes, played by Bridgette B, Nikki Benz and label contract girl Teagan Presley. Their cop boss Randy Spears orders them to solve a case involving jewel robberies and the feature consists of them contacting suspects or informants and then humping them, climaxing in a three-way hump of the main villain (played in walk-on by the film's assistant director Eric Masterson) for a quickie ending.

Other gals fitting the requirement of mammoth mammaries are a couple of British imports, Taylor Wane as their commander and McKenzie Lee as an FBI agent, along with Jessica Jaymes who they lock up and delivers lesbian sex in a prison cell. The script by DCypher is poor, and underscoring the stray racism of "The A-Team XXXX", Mr. Cypher has a stupid, unfunny cameo as a drug dealer with Rastaman hairdo pretending to do a Jamaican accent, even though he is just a paunchy white guy known and not loved as a director and screenwriter.

Anticipating the current "miniseries" for streaming innovation in porn, Lord includes incredibly annoying and repetitious interstitial footage of the title "Busted!" splashed on screen as Benz and Presley dance around in their heavy-on-the-decolletage cop uniforms - repeated at least a dozen times over the video's 2-hour span. Ugh!
