At the first sight, the cinematography is the main - in some measure the only - motif to see this beautiful , aestetical short film.
At the second - the feeling about absence of story and the improvisation of Elijah Williams and Aleks Mikic . But the pieces are fair used, the story can be easily crafted by viewer. It is just image of loneliness in two, when intense love is obstacle to fair dialogue, is the shadow of depression who covers thoughts and gestures and the crumb of fears.
So, for performances and the traits of sketch of relation, I saw St. Augustine , as remind of regrets and doubts and try to be, in real sense, with beloved one, a correct short film and this is , in profound sense, result not only of cinematography but meritous work of the two actors.
In short, I like it. Just very much.
