Bridgets maternal great great grandmother, Elizabeth Vines Redman, was a child actress who was present during the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln while performing in Our American Cousin that tragic night at Fords Theatre in Washington D.C.. She was 10 years old at the time and remembered the experience vividly up until her death in 1934.
