O'Malley showed up in a recipe book called "A Mouthful of the Denver Blues & Bones Festival: The Official Cookbook of the Denver Blues & Bones" by Amy Krakow. "I will never forget you Tim O'Malley Chicken" is the title of a bar-b-q chicken recipe (pages 42, and 43).
