Kasoombo is an enthralling Gujarati film that explores the historical events of the 13th sanctuary. The movie boasts stunning cinematography and seamlessly integrates VFX, making it challenging to distinguish between real and digitally enhanced scenes. The film successfully transports the audience to the 13th-century era, creating an immersive experience.
The selection of characters is commendable, with standout performances from actors portraying Dadu Barot and Allaudin Khilji. Their flawless performances add depth and authenticity to the movie. The narrative, crafted by Vimal Kumar Dhami, takes viewers on a journey through the courageous martyrs of Gujarat who sacrificed their lives to protect a sacred place situated on the Shetrunjay hills.
In a single word, Kasoombo can be described as the finest and one of the best Gujarati movies in recent times. It is a must-watch for all audiences, offering a compelling blend of history, drama, and exceptional storytelling.

One of the amazing directed movie from Gujarati cinema. The storyline was just on point. And the acting by lead actors makes you cry. I hope this movie reaches to mass crowd and especially people from Gujarat and jain community. They should know about the history of their forefathers and how people were brave to fight against Islamic attackers in the past. I was sad to see there were no big screenings and even no screens were given to the movie by PVR or Inox in a big metro city like kolkata. Astonishing thing to see. I also had to watch it through private screening done by Gujarati community. The mafia needs to end for such movies to prosper. Gujarati cinema is on its way like the South cinema. I hope everyone watches the movie and admires it.

Full of emotion and heroism .... ....... After this many people realise the meaning of true religion... last scene was goosebump for everyone and gave them true answer to the looter king what he is running behind is just material and making him realising the true faith in lord.

Every Gujarati must watch this movie. These types of films are not made often, now the trend is only comedy films.
This is the best gujarati film I have ever watched. The plot thickens in the second half of the movie. I could not stop crying for the last 15 minutes of this amazing movie. I swear to god, this movie should be dubbed in a lot of languages in India so that people will come to know about the atrocities of the Mughals and the troubles the people of Akhand Bharat had to undergo. This movie had me in a chokehold.
This movie gives you goosebumps moments many times. You get emotionally attached to this movie.
If Sanjay Leela Bhansali makes a film in Gujarati, such a film is "Kasumbo".
Please watch this movie in theater with your family. You will be proud of this movie.
