This series might not aim to tackle the world's complex issues-I stumbled upon it after reading a critique that seemed to miss its lighthearted essence. It's been ages since I've savored a romantic comedy this carefree, so far removed from reality that it echoes the seamless endings of festive holiday films. For aficionados of such cinematic delights, this one's a gem! It exudes a vibe reminiscent of Mexican soap operas, a touch that adds to its charm.
The magic lies not in its realism but in the delightful chemistry between the characters. Their interactions, nuanced relationships, and quirky dynamics are the true heartbeat of this show. Each episode gracefully unveils the plot, threading through expected tropes while occasionally surprising with some twists-a welcome deviation from the anticipated path.
Ultimately, the series accomplishes precisely what it sets out to do-offer a delightful escape. It might not mirror reality, but it excels in whisking audiences away on a charming, entertaining ride. For that reason, I'd confidently rate it a solid 10/10. It leaves a refreshing aftertaste, a reminder that sometimes, embracing the whimsical and predictable can be an immensely satisfying experience.

The woman has a cook and another servant cleaning her mansion, and she can't find time to take care of her children? Her kids are completely horrible and stupid, so nice job so far on your parenting. The gags are completely unfunny and put TV back at least sixty years, you know, back before there were writers. Every stereotype about the Mexican woman and Mexican man is in evidence here, and not in a manor to suggest that changes need to be made. But forget about the lack of astute social commentary, it's supposed to be a comedy and it isn't funny in the least.
The series is rated rather high here which I imagine is because there is so little quality entertainment available for the Spanish audience.

Poorly written and a horrible portrayal of working women .. whoever worked on this is very far removed from reality.
The first episode was saturated in stupidity.
Extremely insulting to business professional women who actually know how to manage their children and home life.
If she had been employed for anyone other than her father, she would've been out of a job.
The amount of times she bailed on her responsibilities because of "no nanny" was ludicrous and a weak excuse at best.
Her children were old enough to know how to act, yet were spoiled brats allowed to run amuck.
I felt no sympathy for them and didn't like any of their characters.
The youngest needed to learn manners and was in dire need of basic home training.
AND (shocker!) she was divorced - the father was never around to help out with kids but could take vacations with his much younger mistress.
*gag*
The eye candy of the "manny" is the only reason for the 3 stars and even that was being overly generous.
I don't know why I continue to renew my Netflix subscription because all they can manage to churn out is flops.

At first, the plot of the series is a bit forced and mediocre, as things were too forced and didn't feel natural and flowing at all; In any case, as the series progresses, the characters evolve and the message that is wanted to be conveyed is beautiful and important. The series deals with important and interesting topics, such as divorce, the power of companies over workers, love, adolescence, improvement, trust and hope. Although it is not a masterpiece, it is a perfect comedy to watch with the family or to have a good time: being short, the episodes end quickly and it hooks you to continue watching and enjoying it; moreover, the characters are fun and easy to empathize with. In conclusion, it is a light and fun series!
This romantic Comedy is not heavy dramatic. It is light, funny and romantic.
We did not want to watch horror, terror, violent or over sexual series. We were rewarded with a funny, not dramatic, fresh romantic comedy.
AWe stayed till 3.00 am trying to watch the whole lot, we had to wait till the next day to finish it.
We could not get enough of it.
We are sick and tired of the same Hollywood stories.
We highly recommend it. The story was different, touching on old fashion family stereotypes and how the world is changing and family roles are changing.
The actors really portrayed romance, so for those who feel like something romantic, fresh, new and light. Don't miss this romantic comedy.
