I'm not the biggest Deadpool or comicbook fan but this web-series seems like it was made by people with a genuine affinity for the character and on its own terms is entertaining enough.
Those criticising its quality as a fan series should probably take a look around at some of the other stuff made on micro-budgets and realise that for a fan made production it's not too bad at all. Some of the oneliners are pretty good and not too far away from the style of the current film franchise (though without such quickfire delivery).
The acting is okay and nobody seems to lack enthusiasm or be too wooden. The poor lighting, sound and 'sets'
are going to take away from any performance but I think most of the cast do pretty well with it.
In summary, if you're a fan of the character then give it a go and see what you make of it. If you're just going to judge it against the multi million dollar films or even higher budget / more recent fan projects then maybe save your time.
