What exactly did this have to do with Gloucester...? I watched it through twice and I saw thing to justify the title. Compare it to The Tailor of Gloucester. In that story the city is a key part of it (and in fact the tailor's house can be visited, it's located in Westgate Street which contrary to what Peter Rabbit 2 would have you believe does NOT have a loading bay next to it nor is it wide enough to accommodate a van driving down it, you can barely fit two pushchairs side by side) otherwise there's no point calling it "The Tailor of Gloucester". With that in mind why is this called Phoenix of Gloucester when the city doesn't even play a part in the story?
