    Its the best series

"De'ah Da'iah" is, without a doubt, the best series I've ever watched. Its charm lies in its simplicity and how entertaining it is. The show portrays everyday life in a Syrian neighborhood with such authenticity that you can't help but feel connected to the characters. Each episode is filled with heartwarming and humorous moments that make you laugh, cry, and reflect.

I've watched "De'ah Da'iah" multiple times, and it never gets old. The characters are so relatable and endearing, and the stories are beautifully crafted. It's amazing how a series can be so good without relying on grand plots or special effects. It's proof that a simple, well-told story can be incredibly fun and engaging. If you're looking for something truly special to watch, "De'ah Da'iah" is it.

A piece of art that you wont get enough watching

All these distractions of today's world only blur the truth and make the obvious debatable. It deprives you from the ability to act, the ability to fix and change the circumstances in which you and your society are stuck in. "Dayaa Dayaa", though a comic show, strips all that blinds you to show simply what is right and true. By simplifying life it only makes it more meaningful and sophisticated.

Considered by many to be one of the best comic works ever to be accomplished in the Arabic world, "Dayaa Dayaa" or "A lost village" takes you to a poor and isolated yet gorgeous village on the Syrian coast that technology did not properly invade. There life will take the shape of two neighbors and few other inhabitants only to make you amused and thoughtful, laughing while sympathizing, and relaxed but passionate. Every moment is hysterical, its phrases will stick, and you wont get enough watching its episodes over and over again.

One of the funniest shows I have ever seen, "Dayaa Dayaa" is a true piece of art that entertains you yet makes you want to act, criticize, and get involved more and more.. and while reflecting the daily life issues of the human in general it will also go specifically to face the political, economical, and psychological aspects of the Arabic world. A show that makes you laugh loudly and think deeply.

The best Arab comedy series ever.

Dayaa Dayaa is the best Arabic comedy series ever. It is a complete and integrated series and is suitable for all ages. It contains many jokes and funny sayings. Also, the place where the filming takes place is a wonderful and very picturesque place. The actors in this series put all their effort to make the series appear in the best possible way. Finally, I would like to thank everyone who contributed to making this creative masterpiece and I advise everyone to watch it because it is really worth watching and the natural scenery in it is really wonderful. This series was filmed in a village in Latakia Governorate in Syria.

    LOST

A sitcom ensemble that assembles life with all its complexity in a unique way; to its perfection, one could burst into a laughter, immediately to get emotionally destroyed whaching a hypothetical situation, too funny to be real, yet too real to be funny, which alters the burst into bitter tears, and long and sad smiles.

I call it the Syrian "Lost" Life on a desert island is nothing less terrifying than the lives of a bunch of simple people, who represent each one of us, not so many years ago, living in a tiny village by the sea in a world sinking in the Technologic ocean and drowning them along.

Nidal Sigri was named by some critics and his fans "The Arabian Charlie Chaplin" for his role as "Asaad" in this show.
    • Gaffes
The satellite footage of Earth shown after the theme song supposedly ends in zooming in towards north of Latakia where the show is set. However, the camera is actually zooming in towards Tartous which is to the south of Latakia.
