Anecdotes
The catalyst for this documentaries series began in 2001 when an embattled conservationist in Zimbabwe (Meryl Harrison) sent out a call for help that landed on the desk of Lynn Santer on the Gold Coast of Australia. Lynn was, at the time, organizing a glitzy fundraiser for endangered big cats at a local casino and her close friend Tippi Hedren was flying out from Hollywood to front the event. Behind the glitz and glamour of the event, Lynn also brought out Meryl from Zimbabwe and the three ladies met for former Special Ops commando, Reg Dickason, to plan a covert mission to expose ongoing brutal yet legal atrocities against endangered big game by some of the wealthiest people on earth.
