Just people and some Dhar Mann actors who at best are just having fun and are arguably worse at worst. While they can sometimes get some of their topics right, I just can't get part the teaser they always show at the start which accidentally spoils the whole video. Totally studios is (depending on your view) arguably either a step-up in improvement or miles worse when compared to Dhar Mann, (Assuming you can watch them for more than the first 30 seconds).
