This is a great show, I love that Gwen Stacy and Ghost Spider are getting more love, she's my son's favorite character. However The Green Goblins nickname in the show "Gobby" is slang for blowjob in Australia. I can't stop laughing while he is trying to watch it. Congratulations.
Ignore the reviews complaining that the show is too childish for them. It isn't aimed for them. Their upset isn't a fair review of the show. My kid is 3. He loves it. It's for kids his age and a bit older. It isn't for 30 year olds. To review it as such and with that mindset is silly.
This show is bright, colourful, fun, cute, well animated, well voiced with a great art style. It's not as educational as other kids shows; it's purely more about entertainment.
It's very similar to shows like Paw Patrol or PJ Masks. It's a great introduction for younger children to Spider-Man and the Marvel Universe.

Fun animation, but it's a total copy of PJ Masks, where you have three child heroes who go after the same three villains, and one of them always had a lesson to learn. Plus, kids shows nowadays think their audience are a bunch of idiots.
Starting with this review, I have a new points system. Each show has 5 elements - writing, characters, music, animation, and voice acting. Each element will be graded out of 2. If they all get 2 points, the show gets 10 stars. So let's swing into this review
Summary: Spidey and His Amazing Friends is Spider-Man for the preschool market, which is Disney Junior realizing how profitable Spider-Man and the other lower-deck Marvel characters are. It features Peter Parker, Miles Morales, and Gwen Stacy.
Writing: The series has the child characters learning lessons like friendship and teamwork. While it's good for kids to learn these things, these lessons are becoming overused on Disney Junior. Kids aren't going to take away lessons from the show, they're just gonna ask their parents to buy toys. I'm not expecting Oscar-level writing, but at least do something different. Props for creativity with the setting though. And I do have to commend the writers for not putting Peter's backstory for the billonth time 1/2
Characters: Peter, Miles, and Gwen are now young children, and naturally they do childish things because of that - like argue over which ice cream flavor is the best. But they're each unique in their own way, and these differences and flaws contribute to their success. The villains are pretty entertaining because of how cheesy they are. Doc Ock would be far more sinister in any other production, but here she hams it up as a mere schoolyard bully with state of the art technology and I love it. 2/2
Music: I love Fall Out Boy and was pleasantly surprised with Patrick Stump contributing to the soundtrack. The theme song is very catchy and a nice change of pace from other Disney Junior theme songs. 2/2
Animation: The animation isn't the best, as it's rather blocky. I like the character designs and how they're super-deformed. Atomic Cartoons is better at 2D than 3D. That being said, it could've been worse. 1/2
Voice Acting; The voice actors are impeccable despite their age. They infuse energy into these iconic characters and make them seem like real children. Black Panther has a great actor with an African accent, showing us that he's from Wakanda. 2/2
Overall: 8/10.

As a long time Spider-Man fan, I didn't expect anything from this show. I turned it on for my 3 year old niece who loves Spider-Man. The first thing that impressed me was the visuals; the textures and design on the costumes are incredible and surprised me for a Disney junior series. The writing was simple but super fun! The directing was dynamic and comic-esque. I like the colors that are used as well as the animation style. One thing that you need to understand is the real audience of this show could not leave a review on IMDb. This introduces important Spider-Man characters and characteristics to a young audience who will keep these characters respected and alive in the future. If you have kids or are babysitting or whatever, this is a good option!
