Anecdotes
The exterior shot after the credits shows a real synagogue. That synagogue is actually in Flushing, Queens, where Fran is from.

Gaffes
Fran takes the money that she swindled from the airline and donates it to the temple in order to get back in God's good graces. However, gifting ill-gotten gains to the temple is an offense in itself under Jewish law, and an act "abhorrent to the Lord" would be unlikely to assuage His wrath.
