This is a bottom of the barrel (supremely) low-budget haunted house horror dreck that has three students attempting to stay in a house that's haunted by spirits from a murder that occurred there some time before. Sub-standard acting, abysmal special effects and sloppy editing are just a few reasons that make this disaster a pain to sit all the way through. Thank god (or whomever Deity you believe in) that I sit through mind-blowing utter crap like this so others won't. Stay away from this pile of manure as if you life (or merely your sanity) depended on it.

The house isn't the only one screaming.
This movie will make you scream -- for help in finding the remote as quickly as possible.
So I am the horror fan who screamed Noooooo like Kate Jackson did the final moments of Night of Dark Shadows. I lasted 15 minutes. The images in the first few moments of the movie doomed it. The scrolling 'info' piece at the top warning us of ghosts and our fears. The woman showering and then getting all erotic as paper mache heads rolled unconvincingly across the screen. The red oatmeal covered face of the screaming woman. The pictures from some one's dog-eared scrap book. The utter lack of atmosphere. The house looking as menacing as a cup of tea. As I said I lasted fifteen minutes at which point the dialog and the acting began. And I hard myself screaming again. I will not watch someone's home made movie for entertainment anymore.
Noooooooooooooo.

I wouldn't even give this movie a 0! It should get a -80 rating for how many minutes of my life I wasted on this piece of crap! I LOVE cheap independent horror movies. But this movie is just an embarrassment to cinema in general! You could probably take a camera in your backyard, make your own home movie and it would be more entertaining than this. I always go randomly binge shopping for cheap older horror movies whenever I can find them on Clearance on VHS and I came across this at a video store selling all of their VHS tapes. I came across this and I "judged a book by it's cover" thinking that it looked pretty cool. Well I can definitely tell you that this movie makes "Scary Movie 2" look like an academy award winner! If you ever randomly come across this movie, run away and don't look back!!!
