A Christmas in New York

This movie went no where. I don't even know what the point was. Don't waste your time.

This movie is so boring, all the characters are unlikeable, the old couple almost give a good performance, but everybody else is so blah and bad acting. Everybody is a cheater, drunk, stupid or selfish. I dislike everything about it. Not worth a penny.

It's not an unpleasant movie, it's just a nothing movie. Nothing happens. Old married couple doing nothing. Young teenagers doing nothing. Business couple hooking up, maybe something will happen. Ex lovers trying to rekindle, maybe something will happen. Musician going nowhere.....and that was it end of story. Big yawn.

I watched the first 10 minutes and realized it was never going to NYC. I was so disappointed. Really wanted to see scenes of New York in the snow at Christmas time.

Rock Center in the credits was all.

There was nothing Christmassy about this movie. A few poinsettias, a few lights and once in a while you hear a Merry Christmas. They kind of got the New York part of it right, if you count the few times you actually see the New York skyline/

Seeing the first few minutes I was pleased that this movie had a different angel on Christmas. I am feeling little tired of girl meets boy in a small town, they argue, have a snow ball fight, it starts to snow, they kiss and live happily ever after Christmas movie.

I was really looking forward to something different. Well, that is certainly what I got.

So different. So disappointing. Such a waste of time.
