The film was produced in conjunction with The Center for Investigative Reporting's report on failures of Richmond, Calif.'s housing authority. The film itself was shot entirely on location in the housing complex that sparked the investigation that lead to city wide reforms. This short film was adapted into a full length play by Deandre Evans, William Hartfield-Peoples and Donte Clark.
