In the independent horror movie, Dreadtime Stories, Eric plays two characters. He was supposed to only play the part of mob boss Alex in punishment, but the actor scheduled to play funeral home employee, Jerry could not make it the day of filming. Eric was asked to fill in for the part. To make it different from his Alex character, Eric cut his hair, shaved his goatee and changed his voice.
