A very pointless Vivid release, later resuscitated as a Wave DVD, "Cheapshot" is an empty porn feature. It consists of blah sex scenes and moldy cliches.
Lovely Lori Michaels, whose acting is poor, plays an aspiring model who immediately is sexually harassed by her agent Mark Davis. There's no drama as she only resists him for a few seconds. Davis plays the film's heavy without nuance, a one-dimensional role.
She becomes a success working for photographer Bobby Vitale, and all the other roles are nothing assignments. Nina Hartley is wasted as a model having sex, and so is tall Sahara Sands as the next model Davis takes advantage of. Famous scriptwriter George Kaplan shows up randomly as Bobby's assistant.
The musical score is truly awful and clashes with the sex scenes, consisting of popularized classical music.
