[they turn to each other grumbling in protest]
German Major: That is an order! Now I realise you have not had the intensive training of the other men here, so I will give you a tip. When in doubt, there are three phrases that will cover all eventualities. They are "Jolly good show!" "Where's the flipping cha?" and "Yanks, go home!" Carry on, Captain!
