- The Norwegian arms industry is in the midst of the introduction of artificial intelligence. Bjørn is given responsibility for a large arms deal. Who will be the scapegoat if innocents are killed with these weapons?
- Ida moves away from home to study psychology at the University of Oslo. She is worried about most things in life, but her greatest fear is that an act of terror will take place. - Bjørn Urdal has been unemployed due to a corruption scandal, so when the Norwegian arms manufacturer AGR want to hire him, he's inclined to agree. With the support of his family, Bjørn is ready to enter an industry that deals with life and death.
- Bjørn is given new responsibilities at AGR when two aid workers are kidnapped in Mali. He travels to Spain, where he finds out what AGR really want him to sell and gets nervous.
- The two hostages in Mali are in grave danger; the French must quickly get the agreement with AGR in place; Bjørn finds out the agreement has been changed and must take a tough decision as AGR's newly appointed head of sales.
