Three putti on the mantelpiece can be identified by their attributes as personifications of Fame, Liberty and unity. The winged fame floats in the air, blows the trumpet and in her other hand holds a palm branch, a symbol of victory, and an oil twig as a sign that this is a good rumor. The other two puttui, which are not winged, sit on a rock formation. The left putti is stroking a cat. Because of the idiosyncratic nature of the animal, freedom is depicted here. The putti on the right is known as harmony because of the bundle of arrows.
