Lovely experience
"A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly."

Convenience that works.
"Very happy overall.. A doormat would be such a good addition as it seemed a great shame to walk in with wet/ dirty shoes on the CLEAN tiled flooring. Lack of natural daylight in my room did not worry me, but may be significant for some. Everyone so very helpful & welcoming."
