      INTRODUCTION

      This book is a compilation of limiting patterns that we have become aware of in ourselves and in our reflections. The first step in abolishing both conscious and unconscious tendencies is to become cognizant of them and their effects. The second step is to embrace working towards resolving them. In this book, we list common limiting patterns, coupled with their corrections. We hope that reading this book will help you to overcome these tendencies and in doing so, that you will step into alignment with your inherent Divine characteristics.

      We relinquish our egoic characteristics when we recognize that they block our potential for unconditional expression. We all have the option to dismantle the limited self and enter unity-consciousness, thus extending holiness out into our everyday lives.

      The concept of time allows us to make shifts that return us gently to the state of meaningful existence, also known as Heaven. In the egoic dream, we manifest in the linear world of time and space—a world typified by peaks and valleys—but when we awaken, we transcend limitation and thus create a world of consistent peace. It is impossible to describe precisely how this shift between the mundane and Divine world unfolds,
