FOREWORD
When I met Farzana, 19 years ago, it was clear even then that she was a beautiful force of nature. I have watched her grow into what I can only describe as a warm beacon of possibility and love. She is a gifted and passionate young woman and a skilled practitioner with whom I have enjoyed the benefit of sessions.
For better or worse, we live in a fast paced, gotta have it now, just add water and stir, high stressed world. Farzana’s simple user friendly techniques allow anyone, with the desire, to create measurable change easily and quickly.
The I Cheat at Meditation
technique enables even the toughest of meditation strugglers to quickly and easily create results appropriate to our time and place, our fast-paced-unto-frenetic world.
Of course, I wanted to learn how to cheat at meditation also. Her technique is outstanding and efficient. It works. I know. You as a reader are lucky to have these tools at your disposal and her voice in your home.
It is a tool that every entrepreneur and every self-actualizing individual should have in their toolkit. With this technique there are no longer any obstacles to taking up meditation.
I totally cheat at meditation too!

INTRODUCTION
Stress has been a part of our lives dating back to the hunter gatherer days. Since then, the human race has evolved scientifically, technologically and socially. As we have evolved, so have the stressors affecting us.
Dating back to the earliest known societies and even the societies of myth, meditation has been regarded as a powerful tool in dealing with stress. Historically, many highly successful people practised some form of meditation. They used meditation to overcome obstacles as well as for personal development.
