AUTHOR’S NOTE
These short plays are suitable for teaching drama to children of 3 to 10 years old. The casts are few and may all be accommodated on a stage at the same time.
The purpose of these plays is to stimulate the imagination of children to think beyond the ordinary. In the plays which include animals, a minimal production free of elaborate costumes may be possible. Each ‘animal’ cast may in this case hang a sign around the neck or wear a shirt with the animal’s name printed on it (e.g LION , ELEPHANT)
