About this ebook
About
I'm Ryan Theil, the owner and CEO of an app idea development business CLH2O LLC. I'm a serial entrepreneur and businessman with over 15 years of experience. I know how to jumpstart successful enterprises and step back to watch my ideas grow. I believe that every entrepreneur has the ability to create passive income with the right business model, and I'm dedicated to helping others achieve the same success that I have had with lots of hard work but minimal time and money.
I want to help you turn your app ideas into a passive income so you can enjoy life to the fullest doing whatever you choose to do each day. I created this 9 step eBook to provide advice, resources and information on turning an app idea into a licensing deal without breaking the bank.
Please read this carefully:
I don't consider myself a licensing guru; my techniques are not secrets and the kinds of things I teach are not "get rich quick" schemes – far from it actually. Earning any type of income takes a lot of hard work, a lot of patience, action and a little bit of luck too. I know I have an inspiring story and I am here to inspire you too, however I want to do it the right way. I speak only from my experience and please don't feel like you owe me anything because of it. This is my way of paying forward the amazing things that have happened to me. You won't get any hard sells from me, long sales pages or fluffed up stuff – just real life training and recommendations based on my own experience with turning an app idea into a licensing deal.

Introduction
Two years ago, I was at a competition for one of my kids – one of many that the dad of competitive sports players travels to every year – I came up with a great idea for an iPhone app. I knew it was a real winner: functional, useful, and guaranteed to be a success in the right market. The problem was, I didn't know how to write an app, and I didn't want to spend my valuable time and money learning how. I tried going to a developer, but when I got the quote back I knew I couldn't invest that much on an idea that only might work. What I really wanted to do was use someone else's money to bring my idea to
