About this ebook
Being on a plant-based diet means you will have to focus on eating food that comes from plants alone. While it might sound weird, it is a very healthy diet. It contains veggies, nuts, whole grains, beans, seeds, etc. Eating a plant-based meal is normal for adults, but what about the young ones? It doesn't sound like fun to them but since you want your kids to eat healthy, it is only appropriate that you ensure their plant-based food is fun. This cookbook is all you need to make that plant-based meal fun for the kids.
