Jason Gale a world renowned communication and social skills expert. Majored in behavioral psychology, his valuable life experiences go even further and expand as some people consider him a top relationship/dating guru. He found his vocation in empowering others who lack social skills, have communication impediments or even relationship problems with powerful techniques and approaches that seem to always work with great success. Jason stated in his earlier years he was quite an introvert in high school and socially awkward, he feels obligated to give people the freedom of socializing that he didn't have due to his social inadequacies at the time. Through the passage of time he started to become more observant and spent a lot of time in his college library reading books trying to understand human psychology, social culture, communication skills and behavioral science. Chapter 1 - How does Memory Work?
The more people know about their memory, the better they understand how they can enhance it. Here you can find a basic summary of the workings of your memory and how aging can change your ability to recall.
Your baby's first laugh...the aroma of your grandmother's chocolate cookies...the salty smell of an ocean breeze. These are some of the memories that make your life worthwhile—they enable you to find your true meaning and purpose. They are what allow you to feel glad for your friends and family. They connect your past with your present and provide a meaning for the future. More deeply, it is our collection of memories, i.e., our memory
as a whole that makes us who we are.
A lot of people talk about memory as if it is an object they own or a thing they have, for instance, perfect eyesight or a full head of hair. However, your memory does not function or exist in the way any organ of your body exists or functions. Your memory is not an object. Rather, it is a concept that entails the complete process of recalling.
Once upon a time many specialists often used to describe memory as a little
