A Balancing Act

The Bird Lamp by is a striking piece that can balance gracefully on the edge of any surface. Created by Bernhard Osann, this innovative design combines ambition, design awareness and engineering precision. The German designer’s fascination with physics and geometric forms brings an elegant simplicity to the piece. The lamp’s body oscillates and moves but always returns to a horizontal position, thanks to a vertical brass counterweight. With its integrated, rotating light source, it offers diffused direct and indirect lighting that creates a lasting impression. Available at Vastuhome.
