Finding your Happetite

HOW would you describe your relationship with your appetite? If you were to rate it on a scale of one to 10, with one being “terrible!” to 10 being “fantastic!” where might you sit? Maybe it changes from day to day, or even hour to hour, as we navigate the complexities of how hunger and fullness shows up for us.
