Coffee cocktail meets cake! With chocolate biscuits and coffee-flavoured liqueur, this recipe is an awesome after-dinner treat for adults only. makes 6 | prep 30 mins (+ cooling & 6 hours chilling)

1 tbs boiling water
2 tbs instant coffee granules
180ml ( 3/4 cup) coffee-flavoured liqueur
600ml thickened cream
150g (1 cup) icing sugar mixture
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
24 Arnott’s Choc Ripple biscuits
Chocolate-coated coffee beans and dark chocolate curls, to serve
