Directions

1. Brush the bread slices with olive oil and toast in the oven at 400ºF (200ºC) or broil mode. Keep an eye on them and remove them from the oven when you have a nice golden color.

2. In a food processor, blend feta and Greek yogurt until smooth.

3. Spread a teaspoon of the whipped feta on each baguette toast.

4. Top with an apple slice, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with crumbled Feta and herbs.

5. Serve the apple and feta crostini immediately. Enjoy!

Tip for the crostini recipe

  • Brush the bread slices with olive oil before toasting in the oven. This brings out wonderful aromas and a nice color.
  • Let the Greek yogurt and feta sit at room temperature before blending, the texture will be smoother.
  • No need to add salt to the whipped feta spread because Feta already has plenty of salt, but nothing prevents you from adding a few pinches of freshly cracked pepper on top of the crostinis.
