3. Add egg and vanilla, continue to mix until combined, about 2 minutes.
4. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, and 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon. Mix until the cookies dough comes together.
5. Add in the 2 tablespoons of milk. If your cookies dough is still crumbly, add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time until it comes together. Cover or wrap in plastic the sugar cookies dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
6. In a separate bowl combine remaining sugar and cinnamon. Remove the cookies dough from the fridge and roll into big 1 1/2 inch balls – you can use a cookie scoop to make regular balls. I thought they were just perfect with my cafe late. I alway put cinnamon in my cafe late, no need these are the perfect dipping cookies that fills my mouth full of cinnamon.

The cookie it self was an okay taste. It was kind of plain. I would not add the milk it was a dough before I put in the milk and once add the milk it changed the dough to more of cake mix. Had to add flour. I also add more sugar. I give it a 3.5 star reviw out of all.
