OverviewInternational Superstar Soccer 64 was the first game of the franchise to hit the Nintendo 64 in 1997.

I played the hell out of this game when I was happy child with a Nintendo 64, but looking in retrospect it's nothing out of the ordinary for a soccer game. In my opinion the graphics and music are quite decent for the N64, specially since this game is one of the first to have been released.
It has open game, tournament and scenario (an unfinished match that you must win to mirror a famous one in the history of soccer) modes , together with the of course a multiplayer mode that takes advantage of the 4 controller stuff.
It's an overall OK game and I sometimes take the N64 out play it with my brothers, though I don't care much for soccer nowadays.
