What is the Fair usage policy of the new Mobile Data Packs?
When the customer has reached the package allocated volume, a fair usage policy shall apply with Download speed: 256 Kbps and Upload speed: 256 Kbps till the validity of the pack.
If customer wishes to continue to enjoy 5G browsing speed when the package volume has been used up before the package expiry period, the customer may activate another pack anytime.

Are the new Mobile Data Packs available on roaming?
All new Mobile Data Packs are not available on roaming. They can be used for local browsing only.

I don’t want to buy a Mobile Data Packs. Can I still access internet?
Yes, if you don’t want to buy any mobile data pack and still want to browse the internet on your mobile phone, you can do so at any time. You will browse on a Pay as You Go basis and you will be charged at Rs 0.20 per MB. However, we recommend you to buy Mobile data packs as it is the cheapest option for data browsing.
