The Tomahawk (Homing) can only be obtained in RDR2 through Crafting, after obtaining the respective pamphlet (see more details below).

It becomes available after completing the mission Chapter 2 in Story Mode.

Tomahawk (Homing) Description:

This version compared to the regular Tomahawk adds extra weight to the head of the axe with a large leather wrap. This modification improves the accuracy of the weapon when thrown, allowing it to fly true towards its intended target. This upgraded weapon can be crafted by combining a regular Tomahawk with an Owl Feather.
