Over the Top is a main story mission in GTA Vice City Stories, given by Ricardo Diaz.
It's the 58° VCS mission in chronological order, and it becomes available after completing Light My Pyre.
Victor steals a Hunter helicopter from the Fort Baxter Air Base in order to set up their final plan.
Over the Top: Mission Objectives
- Go to Phil's.
- Mendez's goons have set an ambush. Kill them.
- Get into Phil's truck.
- Go to Fort Baxter.
- Jump over the wall into Fort Baxter.
- Get into the admin building.
- Try to not be spotted by guards or searchlights.
- Find the control room and open the helicopter pad gate.
- The guards are trying to take the Hunter to safety.
- Get out of the admin building before the helicopter takes off.
- Steal the helicopter before it takes off.
- Take the helicopter back to Diaz's mansion.
