The Tecno company has presented the inexpensive Tecno Spark Go 1 smartphone. It will be a model for the least demanding (and patient) users.
For a budget smartphone, the Tecno Spark Go 1 looks pretty good. It has a housing with an IP54 seal certificate, available in two colors, with an interesting (although somewhat reminiscent of the iPhone) camera frame and a screen enriched by a hole for the selfie camera. The screen has a diagonal of 6.67 inches and unfortunately only HD+ resolution, but a 120 Hz image refresh rate. The hole conceals a camera with an 8-megapixel matrix, around which a notification system appears imitating the Dynamic Island from the iPhone. The rear camera, in turn, has 13 megapixels, and the equipment also includes a mini-jack, stereo speakers, an infrared transmitter and a fingerprint reader - not bad. The Unisoc T615 processor looks worse, especially since it only has 3 or 4 GB of RAM. The internal memory is 64 or 128 GB, so the presence of Android in a light version of Go is obvious, which is also shown in the name of the phone. According to the manufacturer, the smartphone is supposed to maintain smooth operation for 4 years, if it can be called smooth in this case at all. All this is powered by a 5000 mAh battery (with 15-watt charging), which should provide quite a long operating time. Prices have not been announced yet - but they will certainly not be high. It also looks like this smartphone will also appear under the name Tecno Pop 9 - probably depending on the target market.
