After a long, elaborate, and and occasionally cryptic promotional campaign, Jay Z delivered his new album, 4:44—his first since 2013's Magna Carta Holy Grailis finally available.

4:44 consists of ten tracks, kicking off with the provocatively titled "Kill Jay Z." Other 4:44 highlights include several songs with high-profile guest spots: Frank Ocean, Damian Marley, and even Gloria Carter, Jay Z's mother. But more than that, at least some of the album appears to be a response to Beyoncé's Lemonade. And in the case of the title track, "response" sounds a lot like "apology." To wit:

You did what with who? What good is a menage-a-trois when you have a soulmate? You risk that for Blue?

Intrigued yet? Unfortunately, actually getting the chance to listen to 4:44 (the album) might take a little work. The album is debuting exclusively on the Jay Z-backed streaming service Tidal. But due to a special partnership with Sprint, 4:44 will only be available to stream for Sprint customers and people who already subscribe to Tidal.

Fortunately, that barrier might turn out to be fairly short-lived. Inside sources at Variety claim 4:44 will at least be available to stream on Apple Music (and probably for purchase on iTunes) after a weeklong exclusivity period, with the possibility of a more conventional retail release further down the road. For now, the rest of us can tune into iHeart Radio, where the album will be streaming until July 1.
