Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom

Or as she was known to her subjects, The Queen. The eldest daughter of King George VI, she was born in London on 21 April 1926. At the time of her birth she was 3rd in line to the throne, but her uncle abdicated in 1936 and her parents never had a son. She married Prince Philip of Denmark and Greece in 1947 and her son and heir, now King Charles III, was born a year later. In all The Queen had four children. She reigned for 70 years, 7 months and 2 days. Her first prime minister was Winston Churchill and her last Liz Truss, who she installed just two days before her death on 8 September 2022.
