Loosing your Marloes

'The Buildings of Wales: Pembrokeshire' describes Marloes as "a loosely knit coastal village surrounded by large fertile fields" (Lloyd, T.; Orbach, J.; and Scourfield, R. pp280/1: New Haven; Yale University Press; 2004) The church, St Peter's, is 14th-century in origins but much rebuilt between 1875 and 1877. It is unusual for having an open, full immersion baptistery although it has only ever been used twice, perhaps because it has to be filled and emptied manually!
