A collection of images relating to the three adits and associated features of the disused Elba/Hoardweel Copper Mine between Preston and Abbey St Bathans, Berwickshire.
The mine was worked in 1775 and 1825 before being abandoned. It is likely there were earlier excavations, possibly in relation to the nearby Edin's Hall Broch.
