Slamannan to Bo'ness disused line embankment and River Avon
After flowing across relatively flat land, the River Avon enters a short, steep sided gully which forced the railway builders to build an embankment along the side of the hill. This embankment can be seen heading to the right from just below the trees on the left edge of the photo.
