TF0920 : The light show

The light show
The main feature of the light festival was three projectors throwing moving images onto the upper walls of shops. There are two of them in use here.

Disappointingly these were all random silly images. I had hoped for things like images of old Bourne, or of the BRM racing cars, or any of the other things the town is famed for.
Bourne in Lights 2022

South Kesteven District Council's Arts and Cultural Services team decided to create family events out in the district's four main towns in February half term and March, supported by the Government's Welcome Back fund.

Bourne in Lights (Saturday 19 March, 6pm-9pm) was billed as a colourful evening of lights, projections, and illuminated entertainment to celebrate Bourne and its communities, and to mark the (supposed) end of the Covid-19 pandemic and return to normal, unrestricted, civic life.
