Town Green Cliftonwood
Town Green Cliftonwood
A small patch of greenery among the houses, also known as Ambra Vale East Community Garden. It was part of the original development of Clifton in the eighteenth century, hit during the Blitz and was a used car lot after that. In 1980, the community took it over to create a green space and planted crab apples. The site was slowly but continually improved over time and was awarded Town Green status in 2009.
